Gosport MP Caroline Dinenage developed her photography skills last week, as she joined Stoke Road's Blitz Photography for a shift as an apprentice.
Caroline was put through her paces by owner Steve Reid and apprentice, Hannah, trying her hand at setting light levels, serving customers and handling equipment, in advance of National Apprenticeship Week.
Speaking after her exposure to the photography business, Caroline said:
"I really enjoyed getting stuck in at Blitz Photography. I was last here for their opening in October and am delighted to see how this fantastic studio has flourished in such a short space of time.
Stoke Road continues to lead the way in attracting independent businesses, Blitz Photography is just one of several new shops to have opened here in recent months and sends out a strong message that Gosport is open for business."
The sixth annual National Apprenticeship Week will take place from 11th – 15th March and here in Gosport, 2,000 people started apprenticeships last year.
