Local MP Caroline Dinenage has visited Royal Mail's Gosport delivery office during its busiest time of year.
Caroline was given a guided tour of the office and met with local post men and women who are sorting and delivering cards and parcels across the Gosport area in the run up to Christmas.
Speaking after the visit, Caroline said:
"It was great to meet staff at our local sorting office who work tirelessly, not just at Christmas but all year round, to ensure our post arrives safely.
At this time of year, the pressure is certainly on and I would like to thank our postmen and women for their efforts and wish them all the best over the busy festive period."
