Planning Application - Land at Newgate Lane (South)

Bargate Homes Ltd have submitted a planning application to Fareham Borough Council for 125 homes on Land at Newgate Lane (South).

If these plans move forward, I'm concerned that this development could close the strategic gap between Gosport and Fareham and put further pressure on our already stretched infrastructure.
