Local MP Caroline Dinenage has maintained her close association with schools on the Gosport peninsula, as she visited Lee-on-the-Solent Infant School last week.
Caroline was shown around by members of the School Council, hearing about each classroom from a 'class expert'.
After her visit Caroline said:
"It's always a pleasure to be invited to local schools and seeing firsthand the great work being done to give our young people the best possible start in life. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Lee-on-the-Solent Infant School and the children are a real credit to our local community."
Caroline also dropped into the Stubblee Hill Children's Centre which is situated in the grounds of the infant school, reinforcing her commitment to local schools and Early Years support.
Children at Lee-on-the-Solent Infant School write a fantastic blog which can be found here.
