Local MP Caroline Dinenage has welcomed the launch of the Sky Skills Studios programme that offers budding journalists a behind-the-scenes look at television production.
The free program, open to students between the ages of 8 and 18, involves spending half a day touring Sky's London studios before producing their own TV report using Sky's technology.
Caroline said, "Sky Skills Studios is a great opportunity to experience a real-world newsroom firsthand and I would encourage anyone keen to get their creative juices flowing to book a free trip."
