Gosport MP, Caroline Dinenage, recently visited the exciting redevelopment of historic Ramparts at Priddy’s Hard.
Elite Offsite are building low-energy, eco homes in the disused MOD munitions site while preserving the listed elements of the heritage site.
Formed in 2019, Elite Offsite are a group of companies who specialise in transforming land into stylish & high quality but affordable dwellings using pioneering new sustainable building techniques with zero or near zero carbon impact. They have their own 10,000 sq ft manufacturing facility at Priddy’s Hard where their houses are manufactured with very high levels of thermal insulation and green technology.
