If re-elected on 8th June I will continue to keep pushing for housing improvements.
The multi-million pound Rowner Regeneration has improved the quality of lives for so many people across our area. There are 620 new houses across the site with the first homes being built in 2011.
The Project at Alver Village has replaced substandard housing and a run down shopping parade with brand new homes and a new neighbourhood centre and supermarket.
I visited the part of the development which benefitted from the Green Deal Communities Fund by having external wall insulation installed to their properties. The Green Deal is a long-term Government initiative designed to upgrade the energy efficiency of homes in Great Britain. It can help people understand the energy cost saving improvements they can make to their home.
If re-elected on 8th June I will continue to do my bit to make sure Gosport constituents have safe and warm homes.
