Today, two more inspiring apprentices from Gosport are being profiled as a part of local MP Caroline Dinenage's #GetInGoFar campaign.
Hannah Bentley, 40, started a Level 5 apprenticeship last October. She is now the manager of Redclyffe House Learning Disabilities Home in Gosport and was proud to oversee a good in all areas CQC inspection.
Matthew Close, 19, is a warehouse operative in Gosport, completing a warehousing NVQ. He reports how this apprenticeship has taught him the skills of using a fork lift, palletising and other warehousing jobs, so he is ready to be a supervisor.

"Hannah and Matthew are doing two very different apprenticeships, but both are gaining the specialised skills they need to add value to the organisation for which they work. As a former business owner myself, I know how important it is to have staff experienced and trained to provide the services you need. This brings huge benefits to the business and offers the apprentices great opportunities for career progression."
