Local MP Caroline Dinenage is today profiling two more inspiring apprentices from Gosport.
Briar Leary, 18, is an accountancy apprentice with Tax Assist. She attends an AAT college course one day a week and spends the other four days working as a trainee accountant in a small practise.
Nicola Holley, 27, works at The Royal Nursing Home in Gosport. She has achieved 3 apprenticeship qualifications within the health & social care industry (Level 2, 3 and 5) and has recently been recruited as an Assessor.
Commenting, Caroline said:
"Briar and Nicola provide great examples of the diverse opportunities that apprenticeships can provide. In both cases, achieving qualifications through an apprenticeship scheme has helped them identify longer-term career goals and make tangible progress towards them."
